Instructions

All Fours Quad Stretch

Start off on your hands and knees, then lift your leg off the floor and hold the foot with your hand.

Use your hand to hold the foot or ankle, keeping the knee fully flexed, stretching the quadriceps and hip flexors.

Focus on extending your hips, thrusting them towards the floor. Hold for 10-20 seconds and then switch sides.

Side to Side Box Shuffle

Stand to one side of the box with your left foot resting on the middle of it.

To begin, jump up and over to the other side of the box, landing with your right foot on top of the box and your left foot on the floor. Swing your arms to aid your movement.

Continue shuffling back and forth across the box.
